Hurmm... Still no SM lectures last week…but have a task
in forum that given by Miss Ummi for eleventh chapter (Managing Internal Operations). The forum topics is;
“What companies do to motivate and reward employees? Find
one example of any organizations and describe the way that the organization
motivate and reward its' employees.”
In my opinion,
In organization,
motivate and rewards to employees really important to enhance and appreciate
the employee’s effort. Each organization having different kind of motivate and
rewards that implemented on its organization. When we mention about the ‘reward’
term, the majority of us was thought it relates with money like bonus, pension
and so on but sometimes reward can be given in other ways like employee
performance award, promoted employee’s position and others.
Briefly, based
on my observation, there have some reward and motivate which are provided by
companies to their employees. For instances, giving a bonus for every years to
worker, providing the worker performances award, provide a holiday package to
worker and so forth.
This is an
example of company which provided motivate and reward to their employees such
as Perbadanan Kemajuan Ekonomi Islam Negeri Perak (PKEINPk), where this company
really concerned about their employees. In addition, the reward and motivate
which executed by this company is giving an annual bonus to their employees,
provided annual award ceremony, family day celebrations of company and many
more.
In short, to
motivate employees for doing job well, the employer must to create an
environment which makes the employees sad to leave their job and company.
Sometimes, to motivate the employees, it does not require high cost, but it is
sufficient with build a good relationship between employer and employees.
