Building an organization capable of good strategy execution...



 

In the name of ALLAH,
Assalamualaikum you all…(^_^)


        As usual, just want to share a new topic that I have learned this week, this topic focusing more to a few of ‘Good Strategy’ which executed by manager in terms of building and sustaining a good performances in organization.

        Thus, a good strategy is important in building organization structure such as management team, allocating resources, strengthen the financial of company and so forth. Then, please don’t forget that a good strategy always comes from good planning. So, in this situation a good relationship between employer and employees is important in execute strategy successfully.
  
        Moreover , to maintain successful in performance whether in strategy of supportive resources and capabilities or organizational structure, the manager must applying three keys actions in organization which are;




1) Staffing the organization
2) Acquiring, developing and strengthening key resources and capabilities
3) Structuring the organization and Work effort

        Last but not least, the three key actions above is important key in developing organization successfully. Each manager in any company has a big responsibility to execute a good strategy to achieve organization goals and employees also must to participate in that strategy execution process.
