As usual, just want to share a new topic
that I have learned this week, this topic focusing more to a few of ‘Good
Strategy’ which executed by manager in terms of building and sustaining a good performances
in organization.
Thus, a good strategy is important in
building organization structure such as management team, allocating resources, strengthen
the financial of company and so forth. Then, please don’t forget that a good
strategy always comes from good planning. So, in this situation a good
relationship between employer and employees is important in execute strategy
successfully.

Last but not least, the three key
actions above is important key in developing organization successfully. Each
manager in any company has a big responsibility to execute a good strategy to
achieve organization goals and employees also must to participate in that
strategy execution process.
