Just want proceed directly to new topic that I have learned namely STRENGTHENING A COMPANY’S COMPETITIVE POSITION which focused more on strategic moves, timing and scope of operations in company’s activities.     

This topic elaborates the basis of competitive attack in term of how company makes a strategy planning for improve the company’s market position and business performances. Thus, competitive attack can be classified into two categories which are offensive strategies and defensive strategies. Definition of strategic offensive is where companies adopt to stay ahead of the competition rather than react to the competition whereas defensive strategies can be known as how want to lower the risk when being attacked.

Why these both of strategies for competitive attack are important in company’s performances? It because;

1) To improve business performance.

2) Survival in market position in term of competes with other rivals.

3) Winning in business growth.

Briefly, the company must know how want to protect their business performances by knowing the right time to defend and the right time to attack their rivals. This is important to make the company growth well than another rival. Done, that’s all for this topic.
